I would rate the facility a 3. This is a good place to stay if you do not need much medical attention. Patients who need a high level of care should not be placed in this home. The staff does not provide adequate attention to patients who cannot get around on their own. Staffing should be rated a 1.5.if you place a loved one in Good Shepherd Nursing and rehab ensure that you have a family member who can devote a great deal of time to enforce proper care.
