They did not listen to the special instruction I gave for my father even though I gave them to several people including administrators and nursing staff. He was only there from 12/1/11 to 12/11/11. I feel they ignored him because he was only a "short timer". When I went to pick up up, he did not have underwear on even though his Depends, that I had brought, were sitting right there. And on top of that he was in SOMEONE else's clothes even though he had a clean outfit in his closet. He hated it there.
