If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! This facility is poorly maintained and the equipment is unreliable. The employees didn't listen to any of the special instructions given to us by the hospital for my grandfather. They looked at us like we didn't matter and treated him like he was just another old person getting dropped off. My grandfather choked one night, needed the Heimlich, and we were not notified until 4:30pm the next day! He was neglected, unwashed, and treated like cattle. They don't pay attention to specific guidelines for patients and there is extremely poor communication between shifts. We also recently found a bump on my grandfathers forehead and are certain that it was from them. This is a shady organization and I would ask that you steer clear of this place if you care at all for your loved ones. STAY AWAY!!!
