My husband was in Pueblo Springs for only 2 nights - that was enough. It was under staffed and there was only one aide on the entire floor - the care was minimal When he did not answer his phone I called back and asked them to check to see what was wrong. I was told the phone was by his bed and he could reach it. When I visited the next day, the phone was by his bed but it wasn't plugged in!
