If there were an option of less than a star I would have elected that option! If you care anything about yourself or loved one this is not the place!!!! My father was sent here and was quickly removed!!!! I was promised this and that and it sounded great. all of those promises were not met in fact my Father was placed in an adult diaper and ignored and was not provided a telephone by his bed as provided making it hard for him to let his family know! He was removed and I called asking to speak to him after he had been gone for an hour and the nurse said he was in the family area eating an orange. 1- he has acid reflux and can't eat citrus and secondly he was sitting by my side whilst I was speaking to them! Care is horrible and when you first walk in the door it reeks of feces!
