VERY frustrated with the phone system. When the desk patches me through to a patient's room and that line is busy, the call just goes to hold and stays there. Nobody picks up to say the line is busy. Nobody follows up to patch it through again… Full Review

I observed night shift nurses sleeping at the nurse's desk on multiple occassions and I found medications that were suppossed to be given on the floor. I find both of these situations scary and unsafe.… Full Review
