The Director of nursing was very unprofessional,tried to tell her of complaints but was promptly hung up on! how professional is that? rooms are always dirty! dressing changes were needed daily only to be done very late in the day or hastily! large turnover of staff so that care was inconsistant night nurses were very rude! some residents would go out to the courtyard and get high!! would be okay if they held medical marijuana cards!! some brought in illegal drugs! some supervision! seen elderly patients fall out of their wheelchairs! I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you have a loved one you care about! not all staff was bad but over all the experience was just terrible!!!
