Facility was understaffed with Nurses. Kitchen was poorly run and maintained. Office staff fell short in many areas, but most significantly maintaining patient records. Billings were at least 9 months late. Executive staff needed classes on how to run such a facility. A few nurses and the maintenance crew were hard workers but were grossly overworked. Medications were prescribed but usually took a minimum of two days to get to patient. Physical therapy was a plus.
