Facility was understaffed with Nurses. Kitchen was poorly run and maintained. Office staff fell short in many areas, but most significantly maintaining patient records. Billings were at least 9 months late. Executive staff needed classes… Full Review

Having stayed at this facility, I have witnessed first hand of Oasis' shortcomings. It is definitely not kept clean or sanitary. There are large garbage cans in patient's bathrooms labeled "hazardous material". The nurses are overworked and… Full Review
