my rating would be --6 put this site does not do that not enough staff money is there bottom line they dont care about the residents or staff one cna lost her baby and the doctor took her off and they fired her the HR person said we dont take… Full Review

Do not put your loved ones in heartland of charleston. There is never enough staff to care for people. The company refuses to adequately provide for the residents. They make sure there is enough staff when surveyors are in the building but… Full Review
