Very bad experience with Manassas Health & Rehab Center! Beware that you will be asked to sign 50 papers upon entrance, being read the questions instead of reading & personally marking your answers. Ask to have a family member sit in with you before signing. Administration depts. very lax & inefficient. Social Service filed request for my in home therapy and did this incorrectly, causing me -(a senior in a wheelchair living alone)- to go without this service for 2 weeks after my discharge. Billing dept. did not file a claim with my secondary coverage, and has been uncooperative with request to do so. Cleanliness good prior to state inspection time, but goes down hill once that had been done! During my stay I had an infection in my wound, bronchitis, and tendonitis in hand from over extended physical therapy time. I give one star due to several nurse's aides whose care and compassion was outstanding.
