Review of Manassas Health and Rehab Center

I would give zero stars if i could, this facility has no management skills. They drop patients off at appointments with no help, no nurse, and half of the patients cannot move or speak for themselves. When called the facility to ask for help, no one will take responsilibity to solve the issue or try to help. The patients are left alone and often go without care.
