I am happy to say that I had a FIVE STAR Experience at Memorial City Health and Rehab. The staff were always friendly and always took care of my every concern. The Administrator always made me feel important by coming to ask me how my transition from home to the facility setting was and to inquire if I have any concerns to share with her. The building also had something called an ambassador and mine (shelia) always came to see me even when I didn't want to see her :-). Everyone was so nice to me and when I was ready to go the Medical Records Manager (I think her name is LaWanda or LaDonna) made sure I had all my important records to take back to my doctor. I would recommend Memorial City to anyone that needs a facility that cares about their patients! I'm even thinking of going back after a few more consultations :-)
P.S. the food!!! Is great!! I want to go back so sometimes just for the meal service!!!
