No skilled nursing facility is perfect but this one is below par. Do not use unless you plan of spending a lot of time trying to get them to do the basic things…care for residents. They are too busy talking on the phone or to each other to care.

We are trying a new one this week and I will report back when I know more.
I agree, we've experienced the same treatment. When you report it to administration they act like they understand and say all the right things. But do not make any changes. I do not recommend this facility unless you plan on moving in with your loved one. Can anyone recommend another facility, please? We deserve better!!!!
