Do not put your loved one in this facility unless you plan to spend a lot of time there.
The staff and most of the nurses? are very unresponsive and poor excuses for care. If you are not there every minute your loved one will not have the call light answered or receive a shower. The physical therapy department is good but not very knowledgeable. The facility stated that they had 7 day therapy but that is not the case, it is five day if your lucky and then the director of this department told me that they would have therapy on the day we left but later I was told that they never do therapy on the day you leave. I got tired of fighting to get the smallest things for my loved one like a cup of coffee….I would have to get it from the kitchen….as it was not provided with meals. I would feel very sorry for anyone in this facility that did not have some family that would fight to get them the care they deserve.
