I have recently called to speak with a CNA, the lady that answered the phone was very rude in telling me that I cannot speak with her, because she "assumed that I was a bill collector" which I am not. So I asked the lady if I could speak with her supervisor, she gave me the run around. I finally gave up and will Never call the location back. If I could be the secretarys boss that answered the phone I would have made sure she lost her job! That was the worst phone ettiquite I have ever experienced and hope and pray that the lady that answered the phone finds jesus!
