The nursing staff was nice and paid close attention to my mother, but it was after the she passed that the problems hit. Our mother was only in their facility for approximately 12 days, but within two days of her passing a lady from Heartland called demanding that we make payment arangements, and I do mean with days of her passing. Before 7 days had passed we recieved a letter from their collection agency. We had not even finished making the funeral arangements before we were turned into collections. Not even 30 days from her original admitting day, days before the funeral, and we were being hounded by their attorneys because of the lady that handles their billing. If you want to make bad time in your life worst by all means use this facility.

My Mother has Celiac Disease and cannot eat any foods with wheat, barley, rye or oats. She recently had a bad stroke. Springmeade has bent over backward to accomodate her dietary and health needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a weight off my mind to know she is in a place I can trust.
