These people are incompetent!!! I had to pull my mother out of there and take her to a different rehab before they killed her!!! The director of nursing has no clue what is going on there and I thought she was a patient! The unit manager was less than helpful and the administrator lies so much he should consider switching careers and becoming a used care salesman. The caregivers tried to do a good job but it is clear they are under staffed. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRETTY ROOMS THIS PLACE WAS A NIGHTMARE!
