Mill Run may have Medicare's "5 star" rating, and sure it is a beautiful building, but that is where it stops. My mother was there for rehab, She complained that the aides were mean and jerked her around in the bed. After 3 weeks in their care,bed sores on her backside, 2 trips to the ER and 4 days in ICU due to "profound" dehydration and renal failure. We have moved her to a "1 star" nursing facility that spends their money on people rather than decorations, and mother is improving everyday.
