I only have good things to say about East Neck. The staff was beyond friendly and available for any questions or concerns I had about my mother. I always heard stories about nursing homes which was why I was skeptical to send my mother there, but East Neck and their staff proved me wrong. She could not have had better care and I would recommend this facility to anyone who truly loves their family and wants the best care for them. They keep adding new features to make it more appealing to the residents that live here. A++
