Dismal setting. Food Horrible. Showers allowed only 2x week and sheets never changed! Told me I was covered for Hip Revision Rehab. Got authorization from BCBS for certain guidelines for billing. Now they bill as a nursing facility!!! I am not covered for Nursing Facility yet they say they are a Rehab also. I would not send my cat there!!
