I give a one star rating simply because ZERO is not available. The staff is uncaring and inattentive. They let patients sit in their stools and lay in dirty sheets. The food is not tailored to seniors who much monitor their salt intake etc. Patients suffer dramatic weight loss. Your loved ones will not be taken care of here and they do not listen to family concerns.
