My mother-in-las is there. The care was good when she entered about 8 years ago. Now she is left to lie in her own filth. Full Review
Our family's experience was mixed. We met some expert care givers whose work and compassion deserve praise, and these people gifted us with their skill and care. On the other hand, there were basic lapses in care, communication and billing… Full Review
I give a one star rating simply because ZERO is not available. The staff is uncaring and inattentive. They let patients sit in their stools and lay in dirty sheets. The food is not tailored to seniors who much monitor their salt intake etc… Full Review
