this place isn't the best but its not the worst. I think the only thing they have going against them is the lack of manors from the nurses. granted there are a few nice ones, but not many. its wouldn't kill them to smile once in a while. not only to the residents but also the other staff there. or even if they said please and thank you every once in a while. I mean with all the things in the news lately about the nurse beating a resident you would think that the nurses would be a little kinder
