Woefully understaffed. Nurses and aids are friendly but overworked. Patients are not given all of their "normal" medications. So called physical /occupational therapy is poor. Maintenance of the facility appears to be partially deferred… Full Review

Seems like disgruntled employees to me... Victory Lake Nursing Center received an excellent review from the Dept of Health when they did their annual survey...only one minor thing wrong. That's much better than other nursing homes in the area… Full Review

One of the worse Nursing Homes EVER!!! They hide all their mistakes, fire the whistleblowers and think they can outsmart the staff.If you want someone to die....this is the place! I don't have to name anyone because you all know who you are… Full Review

I don't know what the problem is with that place but I will never let someone I love and care about stay here again. There's a 20-40min wait to get a bed pan or assistance using the bathroom. And that's just the one of the MANY issues My Grandmother… Full Review
