Do not recommend under any and all circumstances - - Family member admitted and signed out 14 hours later - - non - professional, unavailable to patient whenneeded - no response to need - - no medication available to patient for 12 hours - - .after repeated patient and family insistance ( pyhsician prescribed for pain following surgery less than 48 hours prior) Reported to referring hospital, Victory Lake head administrator, and New York Department of Health - -Centralized Complaint Intake Unit, Division of Residential Services. Investigation pending.
