Excellent care is given here. Not only "health" care but also quality of life care. Extraordinary is a word that comes to mind to describe the recreation staff, physical therapy staff as well as the nurses on either wing and aides. This is a small care facility and accountability therefore is strong. It has an intimate setting, and there is definitely quality of life evident by the residents that are able to enjoy all that is offered. Every-day there is some sort of activity for the residents to take part in, whether Bingo, planting a flower in the spring, having nails done, planning an outside trip to a local buffet, watching a first run movie, participating in the choir, trip to the beach, or a singing performer…….it's quite remarkable to see the residents tap their feet, clap their hands or even sing along to a song.
