After several visits to this facility, I have observed consistent behavior by the staff, which is heartbreaking. They are not compassionate or attentive to the residents. There appears to be a shortage of caregivers, which is not fair to the residents. Everyone that lives will get old, and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. This is the philosophy that all elder care facilities should consider, when hiring. I think an empathy walk should be performed by the administration (unannounced) and they should make some big changes!!! I want to just remove all of the residents and place them in a location that cares!!!!
