Delhaven manor has 2/5 stars by state surveyors.The unprofessional conduct by this facility is the worest.They have less than 70 patients and have a high turner rate in staff and three director of nurses in four months.mangement is terrible ghetto rude and incompent and donot know how to talk to people on a professional level.I would give them 1/5 stars.
