Delhaven manor has 2/5 stars by state surveyors.The unprofessional conduct by this facility is the worest.They have less than 70 patients and have a high turner rate in staff and three director of nurses in four months.mangement is terrible… Full Review
A very nasty nursing home, it smells like piss when you first walk in. The administrator is very disrespectful, most of the workers are lazy, and evrybody is sleeping with each other. Food is half cooked, to salty, and there is not much of… Full Review
