Staff is the best part of this location. Very helpful and very kind. Only one person we encountered was less than average. Food is occasionally good but generally less than satisfactory. Complaints are often ignored or not communicated… Full Review

Quality of patient care is non-existent without oversight at any level. Patient not hydrated OT documented resident should be in feeder dining room but DON stated that it was full Even PT was dragging patient's feet underneath wheel chairs… Full Review
