I have received good care at this facility. There will always be one or two people in every job who are poor workers but do not necessary reflect the business as a whole. My expereince was good however I did have a few bumps which were addressed immediately. I was a short term rehab patient. For those that are long term, I ask, if you are so unhappy with the care, why don't you go somewhere else? I believe you will find, for the most part, the majority of the staff have good intentions. But the best part about it is- there are so many other options out there that I could have gone to if I was unsatisfied with my care. My experience was very good.
