Review of Regis Woods

Regis Woods is a horrible place to allow to take care of your loved one. The nursing staff never seems to know anything about their patients, there is no continuity of care, there seems to be a different nurse in charge of my loved one's care everyday, not to mention a different aide and no one can answer questions regarding my loved one's health without "checking with the doctor" who only comes maybe once a week. There is very little communication between nursing and the patients. They seem to be short staffed requiring patients to wait long periods of time for assistance creating an automatic risk for falling. The place is disgusting, My loved one's bathroom is never clean, the smell of urine is thick, the rooms resemble a jail cell. It's just not worth it to risk your loved one's health.
