THE STAFF IS NOT THAT GOOD. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE CALL BUTTONS
AND THEY SHOULD MAKE SURE THE ALL RESIDENTS ARE IN BED NOT HANGING OFF HALF WAY IN THE FLOOR AT NIGHT TIME
