THERE IS NEVER ANYONE AROUND DURING MEALTIME IF SOMEONE NEEDS HELP, CALL LIGHTS WILL BE ON FOR 30-45 MINUTES WAITING FOR HELP, SO IF YOU FALL OUT OF BED OR SPILLANYTHING ON YOUR BED DURING THIS TIME JUST FORGET IT B ECAUSE NO ONE WILL ANSWER… Full Review

THE STAFF IS NOT THAT GOOD. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE CALL BUTTONS AND THEY SHOULD MAKE SURE THE ALL RESIDENTS ARE IN BED NOT HANGING OFF HALF WAY IN THE FLOOR AT NIGHT TIME … Full Review
