My dad has been in Touchstone for 2.5 yrs. The staff is always nice, but they are very short-staffed. He is in dirty clothes many times, he has bed sores, his food is awful in taste/flavor…always cold. My family has to constantly nag at administration/staff to get his needs met such as fingernails trimmed, shaved, bathed, clean his room, etc. It is ridiculous that my dad pays almost $6,000 a month for care and we are the ones that have to constantly be after them to do just that! I feel they don't even deserve a star at all!
