A relative of mine was at Touchstone for rehab services for about 4 weeks. In that time, it was found that he was not properly bathed and that his rehab consisted of the bare minimun that staff would need to do. As someone who has worked in rehab and long term care facilites, it disgusted me that this facility took such little care of my loved one. Often we would hear reports of the facility running out of food to feed residents as well. Thankfully, my relative had constant visitors to ensure that he was fed and cared for, but my heart goes out to the residents at Touchstone whos loved ones are unable to be there as often as we were.
