very poor, would give 0 stars. the state is always here checking on complaints. there are safety issues, thefts of resident property, food issues. you get showers maybe once a week if lucky, bedding changes once every 2 weeks, again, if lucky. administration has fired some really great people and keep the idiots. nothing is being done about anything.

I agree. Hospital moved family member to this facility. We are getting her out of there and moved to a facility that has compassion for the elderly and ill. Our family member is not able to move. Food was brought in and put 2 feet away from her. She could not reach it and no one came in to help her.She would not have eaten if family member had not cone to visit. No response when buzz for assistance. SHe was in terrible pain and no response for 40 minutes. Facility is dirty , tray her food was brought on dirty. This place should have 0 rating.
