I have visted Bella Vista Care Center in the recent months and I have to say it has little to be desired. The building smelled like urine. Staff did not greet me until I had taken a tour on my own and was getting ready to leave. However, patients were helpful in explaing the facility to me. One patient said the food is horrible and they are bored. Needless to say I will not let my Mother live here.

I agree. My Mom just passed away due to Sepsis that she got there. It's a dirty place. Mom also fell over 20 times under their care resulting in two broken bones. They were all at night. This place needs to be closed down.
