Bella Vista Nursing Home (now called The Heights) should be closed. My Mom was there for just two years and suffered more than 25 falls late at night because she was unattended. One fall was when they left her on the toilet at night, she tried getting up by herself, fell, and broke her hip. (this was admitted by Staff). This places smells like Urine, and is disgusting.
Mom suffered from Parkinson's/Dementia and we realize that is a hard disease to deal with, no one deserves to be left on a toilet late and night because of negligence and poor administration hiring practices. Mom died of massive Septus Infection from that place. She also has brain seizures in the end to do trauma to the head. Please don't ever put your loved one in this place. I would have given it 0 starts but couldn't.
