Review of Longwood Health and Rehabilitation Center

Although some of the workers were very devoted and very helpful, I found that there were several workers who had a very bad attitude and seemed resentful of performing their duties, such as toileting and transfers, especially if family members were visiting who they deemed capable of doing the tasks regardless of the safety issues involved. Communication and attitude between administration and some staff seemed poor, and several issues gave a sense of being badly disorganized. Although there were many workers, there seemed to be insufficient quality control.
