If you have a loved one in ANY Tandem/Consulate Health Care systems. You should immediately look for a safer, cleaner place. My mother was there for 8 months and almost died due to lack of care on the part of the CNAs and the nursing staff. Additionally, they billed for items never recieved by my mother and the staff STOLE clothes and personal bed linens from my 78 year old mother. BEWARE! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star the survey wouldn't let me go further w/o one.
