My father died on November 25, 2012 from the staff neglecting him. They did not notify the family that my dad was not eating for 3-4 days. The staff continue to give him medicine. They focus him to take medicine and did not contact the family… Full Review

If you have a loved one in ANY Tandem/Consulate Health Care systems. You should immediately look for a safer, cleaner place. My mother was there for 8 months and almost died due to lack of care on the part of the CNAs and the nursing staff… Full Review
