This facility looks great and their amenities are fancy…but be careful when you let your parent move in. Terrible nursing care, quality of care is not all great. My mother got so depressed and decided to stay home instead. My mother had to wait before she needs to go to the bathroom, she was being rushed, we keep seeing different nurses? it seems they cannot keep their staff for long. I am disappointed that a 4 star with good looks is very deceiving. I recommend you check very well before you decide to move them to a facility.
