We've had several family members in this facility over the last 12 years and have never had a problem. In our experience, the staff has been responsive, caring, and treats the residents with respect. They have been very good at keeping me informed of the status of my family members. I don't know if some of these reviewers were really at this same facility. I've never seen anyone be abused or ignored. There are, of course, times when they cannot immediately respond as they are in the middle of helping another person but they do respond as soon as they can….not hours later.
