This facility is VERY understaffed. Not enough nurses to properly and safely care for patients. A lot of corners are cut during care. Hire more CNAs! Preferably ones who speak a bit more English…

I didn't feel the facility was understaffed, but then again my mom was admitted at the beginning of March. I felt my moms care was good and had no communication issues when speaking with the CNAs.
