my mom stayed on the new rehab suite and it seem like no one knew her or how to care for her. the nursing staff didn't know how to use some of the equipment she needed. nursing staff was nice but didn't seem to have the time take care of mom and when i asked to talk to the head nurse i was told she was busy on another unit and would get back to me. she never did get back to me.
the therapy center and therapist were wonderful.
