So far the experience is what I am looking for in terms of experienced staff for dementia and Alzheimer's. Although the interior is a disaster the staff are calm and knowledgeable in the above diseases. I have experienced the pretty and great smelling skilled nursing facilities only to be fooled by the beauty. The rehab and care of the "pretty" places was less than sub-par. I will give more feedback once my parent is admitted. I have a good feeling about this, they have more knowledge and experience in the aging population then most.
