In all honesty If you do not have to put your loved one in a home, keep them home. This is a place for semi decent care, the managers do not know the patients names, the nursing assistants pull most of the weight, and they really do a good job, but are very under appreciated, which in my experience leads to a high turn over rate, and unhappy employees. I give the hands on staff a five star rating, but for the others that work in the offices and "oversee" all the actual work… Well… It leaves something to be desired.
