This place needs all the help it can get and I'm not sure there's enough of that to help this place. As a former resident, I would highly recommend if you care about somebody don,t send them to Firlane. Most of the staff is ruder than helpful. They also like to steal. Whipping cream on a peach makes a gourmet meal. How about fire? You should have seen that circus. If you care find someplace that does. These guys are about covering up their mistakes and your just a number!
